2002

LIFE ON WALL STREET

David Youdovin began his financial career as an equities trader on Wall Street. Showing extreme promise, he quickly became a trading floor manager, supervising multiple traders and managing risk assessment. While David found professional success in finance, a chance introduction quickly changed the trajectory of his career.

2005

A ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY

Having previous experience in high-end hospitality and fine dining, a former colleague thought of David when planning his employer’s annual Hamptons event. Impressed by David’s level and quality of service, the party’s host offered him a full time position on the spot. Excited by the opportunity, David transitioned into his newfound role of Estate Manager / Butler and fully immersed himself in the world of private service.

2006

FORAY INTO STAFFING & RECRUITING

While searching for qualified staff to manage his employer’s estate, David quickly discovered a serious need for reliable recruiting in the private service industry. Utilizing his network of trustworthy associates, David transitioned to staffing all of his employer’s estates. David soon joined a prominent New York City search firm to open up his talents in recruiting to a larger demographic of client and candidate. Throughout his tenure at the firm, David became Vice President and Partner, garnering a report of best in the business.

2012

HIRE SOCIETY IS BORN

With six years of creating successful long-term placements under his belt, David decided it was time to step out on his own. In the spring of 2012, David opened the doors to his fully owned and operated firm, Hire Society. Building a team of experienced professionals was the heart of David’s business and so he immediately began gathering the best of the best. Within a few short months, David had built a foundational team equipped with the strength to grow and build upon.

2014

SOUTHAMPTON SPARKS CHANGE

After two years of faithfully serving the New York tri-state area, Hire Society expanded to best suit the needs of its growing circle of Hamptons based clientele. The firm obtained a flagship office on Southampton’s prestigious Main Street strip surrounded by the luxury boutiques and restaurants frequented by our clients. The Hire Society Hamptons team quickly became the go-to for all East End related seasonal and year-round staffing. They remain an active part of the Hamptons community serving clients and candidates alike for all of their employment related needs.

2019

MEDIA ATTENTION GARNERS NATIONAL INTEREST

Throughout Hire Society’s growth and development, its expertise has attracted a high amount of media interest. As the business quickly became a household name in the staffing industry, it set off to be the number one resource in all matter of hiring and recruiting. Hire Society and its team members have been featured in the The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Business Insider, and many more. These opportunities have allowed the firm to expand its areas of service to a national level.
