Routine Maintenance

  • Gutters inspection and cleaned. Window screens removed and stored in fall and reinstalled in spring.

  • Cleaning, winter storing and spring resetting of all specified house, patio, porch, and pool furniture. Photo documentation to ensure accurate setup year after year.

  • Opening and winterization of hose bibs, showers, sinks, fountains, and pool houses.

  • Operation verification and battery replacement as needed.

  • Performance testing, filter replacement, thermostat battery replacement, and outdoor cover installation.

  • Interior and exterior light bulb replacements
