Active professional family seeks an organized, proactive, and hands-on Personal Assistant to assist with the continuous coordination and management of the family’s day to day schedule as well as the Principal’s business. The schedule consists of a five-day workweek, Monday thru Friday with flexibility to work longer hours as needed upon request. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented with exceptional communication skills to ensure seamless organization of the family’s life and overall household operations in tandem with a successful business. A business-oriented mindset is essential to succeeding in this role and will allow for growth in responsibility. This position will be based working out of the family’s home and office, both located in Brooklyn.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Proactively managing the household and family calendar; scheduling appointments
• Handling all communication including drafting emails, answering phones, overseeing the mail, etc.
• Working in tandem with team to manage all vendor and contractor relationships including calendaring, accounts payable, project management, etc.
• General management and organization of residence, with attention to special projects as needed and per request
• Assisting in upkeep and organization of secondary residences
• Personal shopping, running errands, concierge work
• Occasionally driving children as needed
• Serving as all-round gatekeeper to Principals
• Managing ad hoc project as related to the Principals business
• Additional general Personal Assistant duties upon request

• Strong command of English language; outstanding written and verbal skills
• Minimum 3+ years related experience working in a similar role for a family
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; above and beyond attitude
• Strong time management skills and task prioritization; ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail; eagerness to execute tasks efficiently and exceed expectations
• Computer savvy with proficiency in both Mac and PC systems; strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Experience in Excel, managing database systems, tracking, and creating new record keeping protocols
• Polished, poised, and professional in both mindset and manor; use of utmost discretion at all times
• Flexibility in scheduling; willingness to work long hours, overtime, and additional days
• Valid Driver’s License; confident driver REQUIRED
• Legally able to work within the United States
