New York City-based office seeks a detail-oriented, organized, proactive and energetic Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to two of the firm’s partners. This position consists of a Monday through Friday work schedule, roughly 9:00am-6:00pm, with overriding flexibility for longer hours. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, responsible, and a team-player who thrives on details with strong organizational skills, and enjoys working as an integral part of an expanding team.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Acting as first point of contact for all client and internal relationships
• Managing all gatekeeping responsibilities to more than one principal, acting as and on behalf of multiple firm partners
• Maintaining a busy and ever-changing calendar with constant communication and follow-up
• Coordinating travel arrangements with detailed itineraries for personal and business endeavors
• Responsible for incoming and outgoing electronic correspondence
• Arranging and facilitating daily business and personal appointments
• Managing all service providers and vendor relationships
• Maintaining and updating the contact database
• Handling various projects as needed upon request
• Supervising all IT infrastructure; managing AV and meeting equipment for team and on behalf of partners
• Additional general Executive Assistant duties upon request; constant need for overriding flexibility

• Strong command of English language; outstanding writing and verbal skills
• Fluency in French, Italian, or Spanish a PLUS but not required
• Minimum 3-5+ years related experience supporting Executives or similar role
• 4-year degree from an accredited College or University REQUIRED
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Strong attention to detail a MUST
• Ability to operate with a high level of integrity for handling sensitive issues and maintaining complete confidentiality
• Computer and technologically savvy with Mac and PC
• Polished, poised and professional in both mindset and manor
• Flexibility in scheduling; willingness to work long hours and overtime as needed
• Legally able to work within the United States
