Private family based in the Upper East Side seeks a professional and capable Executive Personal Assistant to assist with home office operations and day to day responsibilities. This position consists of a five-day workweek of Monday through Friday, roughly 8:30am to 6:30pm with flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours upon request. The position will require the candidate to travel to their secondary residence in Long Island as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and personable. The candidate must be adaptable and able to work well under pressure.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Managing an ever-changing calendar, prioritizing and facilitating appointments across multiple time zones for all family members
• Coordinating domestic and international travel for the Principal
• Managing finances including budgetary analysis, expense reporting, and balancing accounts in Quickbooks
• Handling all logistics associated with meetings, appointments and conferences, etc.
• Anticipating incoming emails and phone calls with proper call screening, forwarding, and message taking
• Coordinating communication with other household staff to ensure operations run smoothly
• Handling all correspondence and supervision of vendors
• Organizing and maintaining company files
• Additional general Executive Personal Assistant duties upon request; constant need for overriding flexibility and exceeding expectations
• Help oversee teenage son as needed, acting as friendly face in home to help with homework or bring to appointments

• Strong command of English language; outstanding writing and verbal skills
• Empathetic individual with positive outlook and energetic personality
• Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Minimum 5 - 15+ years related experience working as an EPA or similar role
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Computer and technology savvy with proficiency in Mac, PC and full Office Suite
• QuickBooks experience REQUIRED
• Must be kid-friendly and dog-friendly
• Polished, poised and professional in both mindset and manor; use of utmost discretion at all times
• Flexibility in scheduling; willingness to work long hours as needed
• Capability to work both independently and as part of team environment
• Legally able to work within the United States
