Private Client in Central Park South and SoHo seeks an experienced and proactive Part-Time Housekeeper to help maintain and deep clean their two residences. This position is Tuesday’s and Friday’s 1pm – 7pm at the Central Park South residence and one other day of the week from 9am – 2pm at the SoHo residence. The ideal candidate must be proactive, extremely detailed oriented, and have the ability to multi-task to keep the home in pristine order.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• All aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residence
• Ability to perform museum-quality cleaning with proficiency in special surfaces (wood, glass, leather, antiques, silver, etc.)`
• Completing the client's laundry including washing and ironing clothes when needed
• Superior organization skills and willingness to go above and beyond in all aspects of the job
• Running errands occasionally
• Polished, poised, and professional in both mindset and manor; use of utmost discretion at all times
• Cleaning, care, and upkeep of the residences
• Additional Housekeeper responsibilities and duties as needed and requested by the family

• Strong command of English language; outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Minimum 5 - 7+ years of experience working in a private home
• Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; willing and able to take direction well
• Thorough knowledge of deep household cleaning, and storage organization
• Polished, poised, and professional in both mindset and manner; use of utmost discretion and confidentiality at all times
• Flexibility in scheduling with the willingness to work additional hours as needed
• Legally able to work in the United States
