Manhattan-based company seeks a polished and well-organized Receptionist to manage their office. This position consists of a five-day workweek of Monday through Friday, roughly 8:30am to 6:00pm with flexibility as needed. Candidate will act as the first point of contact in the office, overseeing conference room coordination, and managing deliveries. The job entails excellent communication skills with the ability to work proactively. The ideal candidate is a great problem solver, good at taking direction, possesses outstanding customer service skills, and has exceptional telephone presence.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Establishing and maintaining a tone of professionalism throughout the office
• Welcoming visitors and corresponding with the appropriate team member upon arrival
• Managing all correspondences as first point of contact large volumes of phone calls, etc.
• Overseeing, sorting and attending to all mail correspondences
• Maintaining a safe environment by following security procedures
• Constantly upkeeping the office including maintaining the appearance, restocking inventory, and ordering supplies
• Performing all clerical duties consisting of heavy filling, copying and collating
• Maintaining employee directories and updating contacts as needed
• Providing administrative assistance as needed
• Any additional receptionist duties as needed upon request

• Strong command of English language; superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills; friendly and accommodating
• Minimum 4-year degree from accredited college or university is required
• Minimum 3-5+ years related experience working in a similar role(s)
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities
• Detail oriented with meticulous organization, task management and communication skills
• Legally able to work for any employer in the United States
