Description:

Private New York City company is seeking to hire a dynamic, proactive, extremely organized and detail-oriented Personal Executive Assistant to provide personal and administrative day-to-day support to the Founder. This role consists of a five-day workweek of Monday through Friday, roughly 8:30am-6:00pm, with a need for overriding flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours upon request. The candidate will be working out of the corporate office in TriBeCa alongside the Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate is organized, meticulous with details, and works seamlessly under pressure.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Coordinating a heavy and ever-changing personal calendar; facilitating appointments
• Running errands and shopping for necessary supplies or making returns
• Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements with detailed itineraries
• Handling all aspects of communication including emails and phone calls
• Assisting with the coordination of any special events in and out of residence
• Completing special requests, projects, and related tasks
• Working alongside Executive Assistant and other household staff members
• Additional general Personal Assistant duties upon request; constant need for overriding flexibility and exceeding expectations
 
 
Requirements:

• Strong command of English language; outstanding writing and verbal skills
• Minimum 4-year degree from accredited college or university REQUIRED
• Minimum 5 + years related experience working as a Personal Assistant in a corporate environment
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Computer and technology savvy with proficiency in MS Office; Mac and PC
• Polished, poised and professional in both mindset and manor; use of utmost discretion at all times
• Flexibility in scheduling; willingness to work long hours and overtime as needed
• Ability to operate with a high level of integrity for handling sensitive issues and maintaining complete confidentiality
• Willingness to adapt to an ever-changing and often unstructured environment; ability to manage challenging personalities and high-stress environments
• Legally able to work within the United States
