Prominent luxury beauty company based in New York City seeks a professional and proactive Junior Executive Assistant to support the Creative Director with day-to-day responsibilities. This position consists of a five-day workweek of Monday through Friday, roughly 8:30am to 6:00pm with OVERRIDING flexibility and willingness to work additional hours as needed upon request. The position will require occasional travel. The Junior Executive Assistant will work in tandem with the Executive Assistant to the Creative Director. The ideal candidate is meticulous and prioritizes efficiently. The ideal candidate must have experience working for a C-level Executive is flexible with frequent, last-minute changes in schedule. The role consists of 50% personal work and 50% executive work.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Managing with Executive Assistant busy and ever-changing executive and personal calendar; facilitating all appointments, meetings, and conference calls
• Creating, formatting and editing correspondence, presentations and meeting notes
• Coordinating domestic and international travel and logistics; providing accurate detailed itineraries
• Scheduling personal appointments, meetings and activities upon request
• Maintaining and organizing company files with sensitivity to confidential information
• Serving as a liaison between multiple departments
• Assisting Executive Assistant to ensure all tasks are completed
• Running personal errands as needed upon request
• Assisting with special and ad hoc projects
• Additional general Junior Executive Assistant duties as needed upon request

• Strong command of English language; outstanding writing and verbal skills
• Minimum 4-year degree from accredited college or university is PREFERRED
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Minimum 3+ years related experience working for a C-level Executive or similar role(s)
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail; prioritization and efficiency a must
• Computer and technology savvy with proficiency in both Mac and PC systems
• Polished, poised, and professional in both mindset and manor: use of utmost discretion at all times
• Positive attitude; strong willingness to adapt to an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
• Flexibility in scheduling; willingness to work long hours and overtime as needed
• Valid passport required
• Valid Driver’s License; confident driver with zero points on license
• Legally able to work within the United States
