Chief Executive Officer seeks experienced Personal Assistant to assist in overall travel, service, and financial responsibilities. The position is primarily based out of the CEO’s New York office. This individual will report directly to the Executive Assistant and will travel to various destinations where the family is staying and work from those locations. The position is primarily located in Union Square, roughly Monday to Friday 7am – 7pm with a need for OVERRIDING flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours upon request. The ideal candidate will have the ability to mend and bend to different situations, scenarios and settings as they arise. The family travels often, so the ideal candidate must be willing to travel whenever needed.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Serving as 24/7 Personal Assistant to the Principal
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and meticulous environment for the CEO
• Assisting in event planning for special events as needed including publicity and public relations efforts
• Traveling with CEO for service continuity
• Acting as a liaison between the Executive Assistant and the Principal
• Shopping for household items and running errands as needed
• Answering phones and drafting correspondence on behalf of the Principal
• Packing and unpacking Principal’s clothing efficiently before or after any travel
• Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for the CEO and other members of staff
• Creating daily, weekly, and monthly agendas

• Strong command of English language; outstanding writing and verbal skills
• Minimum 4-year degree from accredited college or university is PREFERRED
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Minimum 5+ years related experience working for a C-level Executive or similar role(s)
• Effective and proactive problem-solver; able to analyze situations thoroughly in order to anticipate problems before they arise
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills; prioritization and efficiency required at all times
• Ability to remain calm and composed during demanding periods – “thick skinned” personality with a real sense of urgency
• Computer and technology savvy with proficiency in both Mac and PC systems
• Polished, poised and professional in both mindset and manor
• Flexibility in scheduling; willingness to work long hours and overtime as needed
• Valid passport required with willingness to travel both domestically and abroad as needed upon request
• Valid Driver’s License; confident driver with zero points on license; must own a vehicle
• Legally able to work within the United States
