Prominent New York City business-woman seeks an energetic, efficient, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant/House Manager to coordinate and organize all day-to-day activities as well as oversee the primary residence on the Upper West Side. The job requires excellent time management skills and the ability to multi task often. This position consists of a Monday through Friday work schedule, roughly 10:00am-7:00pm, with overriding flexibility for longer hours as needed upon request. As many different hats will be worn in assuming this role, the ideal candidate must also be flexible with frequent, last- minute changes in schedule, as well as understand how to prioritize tasks of different urgency level in accordance to the Lady of the Residence’s specific needs.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Acting as an all-around gatekeeper for Lady of the Residence
• Answering phones and emails, tracking shipping and returns etc.
• Maintaining a heavy and ever-changing calendar; facilitating all appointments
• Researching new trends and products
• Arranging and facilitating daily business and personal appointments
• Coordinating extensive travel arrangements (domestic and international)
• Working with additional staff such as Housekeepers, Chef, Drivers, etc.
• Overseeing vendors and contractors
• Personal shopping, running errands, stock and grocery level management
• Additional general Personal Assistant duties upon request with a constant need for overriding flexibility and desire to exceed all expectations


• Strong command of English language; outstanding written and verbal skills;
• Minimum 3-5+ years related experience working in a similar role as a Personal Assistant
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university
• Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; prioritization and efficiency
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills REQUIRED
• Computer savvy with proficiency in both Mac and PC systems; strong knowledge in Microsoft Office REQUIRED
• Polished, poised and professional in both mindset and manor; use of utmost discretion at all times
• Willingness to adapt to an ever-changing and often unstructured environment; ability to manage challenging personalities and high-stress environments
• Child-friendly and pet-friendly; must be comfortable working in a home with children and animals A MUST
• Expressing eagerness to execute tasks efficiently and exceed expectations
• Flexibility in scheduling; willingness to work long hours and overtime
• Valid Driver’s License
• Legally able to work within the United States
