Prominent New York City company seeks to hire an experienced, detail-oriented, and reliable Executive Personal Assistant to support C-level Executive with the coordination and organization of all day-to-day operations. This position consists of a five-day workweek, Monday – Friday, roughly 8:30am to 6:30pm with overriding flexibility to work additional hours and overtime as needed upon request. This position will consist of 85% executive support and 15% personal support. The position will require some international domestic travel. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced and unpredictable environment with an overall proactive mindset and exceptional organizational skills. The candidate will anticipate needs and take initiatives while requiring very little direction.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Screening heavy call volume and handling all correspondence on behalf of Executive
• Maintaining a heavy and ever-changing calendar; facilitating all appointments
• Coordinating travel itineraries both domestic and international, as well as confirming all pertinent travel details
• Preparing expense reports; tracking payments and invoices
• Attending events and meetings as the principal’s representative and gatekeeper
• Processing and preparing confidential legal and financial documents
• Maintaining all aspects of both electronic and paper filing system
• Full execution of all special requests as well as the ability to handle multiple projects and multi-tasking with ease
• Additional responsibilities pertaining to Executive Personal Assistant work as needed


• Strong command of English language; superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university REQUIRED
• Minimum 5 – 7 years related experience serving as an Executive Assistant for a C-Level Executive; prior experience in the music industry a PLUS
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; proactive with an above and beyond attitude
• Technology savvy with proficiency in both Mac and PC systems including Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail oriented with meticulous organization, task management and prioritization skills
• Flexibility to working long hours and overtime as needed
• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects at ease
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
• Utmost discretion in all aspects of the job; both business and personal
• Valid US Passport willing and able to travel domestically and internationally
• Legally able to work in the US for any employer
