Description:

High profile Staffing & Recruiting Agency with offices in NYC, Hamptons & South Florida seeks a savvy, energetic, outgoing and proactive Executive Assistant / Human Resources Assistant to support the CEO of the company from their Palm Beach location. Job requires incredible organization for an ever-changing business calendar and complex schedule, extreme attention to detail, strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills, and a desire to become an integral part of a fast-emerging company. The ideal candidate will have a dynamic and outgoing personality who thrives on new challenges and the ability to create. Position will be based from the company’s Palm Beach office with a Monday – Friday schedule, roughly 8:45am – 5:30pm with flexibility as needed for special projects & events. New York City relocating applicants welcomed

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Serving as company representative for the Palm Beach office
• Arranging meetings for both clients and candidates, including heavy calendar and meeting management
• Managing and overseeing a vast and ever-changing candidate database; implementing organization and filing systems for all resumes, paperwork and additional/supplemental forms both hard copy and electronically
• Executing additional administrative tasks including procurement of office supplies & furniture, set-up and instillation of new technology including phones, faxes, computers, etc., data entry and special projects as needed
• Superior client relationship management and incredible customer service skills are a MUST!
• Additional research & special projects as needed including event creation & production, gifting, etc.
 
 
Requirements:

• Preferably in-process for a Bachelors degree, if not already a Bachelors Degree holder
• Minimum 2 - 3 + years related experience as a Human Resources Lead / Recruiter; prior experience working in private service a MAJOR PLUS
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire for creativity and outside-the-box thinking
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Mac iOS 10, as well as iPhone and related Mac systems; tech savvy
• Utmost discretion in all aspects of the job; both business and personal
• Ideal candidate will have experience working in NY-minded fast paced ever-changing environments
• Detail oriented with exceptional organization and task management skills
• Dedication to responsibilities; proactive and driven attitude; willingness to succeed at all costs
• Strong familiarity with Palm Beach a STRONG plus including hospitality sites, restaurants, landmarks, etc.
• Valid US work authorization; MUST be legally able to work in the United States
• New York City relocating applicants welcomed
