Prominent Gentleman seeks an educated, proactive and extremely organized and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to assist with all aspects of the family and the residence’s seamless management, general upkeep, and all-around functionality of his Beverly Hills residence. The position is full-time, Live-Out and consists of approximately 5 working days per week year round with a constant need for overriding flexibility to work on weekends, travel or work overtime as needed.

The residence is comprised of approximately 8,000 sqft on one-half acre of land. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in large formal and informal settings, where the position ranges with responsibilities from the grandiose to the minuscule, and no task is too big or too small. As many different hats will be worn in assuming this role, the ideal candidate must also be flexible with frequent, last- minute changes in schedule, as well as understand how to prioritize tasks of different urgency level in accordance to the principals specific needs.

A large portion of this position will be comprised of ensuring that the two teenage/college-age daughters are ever stimulated, organized, on task and bringing home the highest level of academic achievement possible, so explicit attention to detail is a MUST! Additionally, care of the family’s dog is part of the role. Travel and cooking are both required on occasion and as requested.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing and managing a safe, caring, nurturing and stimulating environment in which the children thrive and develop; coordinating all aspects of the children’s schedules including after-school activities, playdates, appointments, etc.
• Fostering an environment focused on commitment to learning and enrichment, including by assisting daily with homework and assignments
• Ensuring children have well-rounded interests, good manners, etiquette, strong character and leadership skills
• Completing special projects for efficient household functions including: implementation of daily and weekly task lists, maintenance of equipment, service, and training manuals, etc.
• Plan, organize, and occasionally cook family meals; prepare and serve appetizers and drinks for at-home business meetings or dinners
• Oversee and manage the additional household staff; renovation projects, outside contractors and staff scheduling to ensure seamless service throughout the home
• Maintain inventory and integrity of household items, equipment, school supplies, arts etc.
• Organize household, including, but not limited to: staff schedules, cooking/kitchen supplies, pantries, computers and electronics, photographs/video, school supplies/books, library, external storage, home automation, home maintenance/landscape schedules, meals and entertainment menus and plans, renovations, movie systems
• Personal shopping, running errands, stock and grocery level management
• Executive support at home for Principal as needed, including working with Office staff to ensure document retention and control policies are followed

• Strong command of English language; fluency in a foreign language a MAJOR PLUS
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Degree from an accredited university REQUIRED with a love and commitment to lifelong learning; math or science background preferred with the ability to demonstrate academic achievement
• Must possess experience and interest in the fine arts, service, philanthropy or architecture
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Minimum 5 - 10+ years related experience working in a similar role for a private home or family
• Exceptional “razor-sharp” eye for detail and organizational skills, aesthetically-minded; able to multi-task, as well as self-motivate in order to oversee the management of all family affairs
• Flexibility in scheduling with willingness to work long hours, weekends and overtime as needed; willingness to stay overnight on occasion
• Willing and able work in a residence and in tandem with children and pets
• Computer savvy with various forms of technology and computer programs, as well as smart home systems
• Valid Drivers License; confident driver with zero points on license; familiarity with Los Angeles roads & destinations and willing and able to drive children
• Valid Passport; must be willing to travel domestically and abroad as needed
• Legally able to work in the United States for any employer
