Prominent family seeks to hire an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of their home office. The position will be based out of the family home in Larchmont, New York with occasional travel to the NYC office as requested. This position consists of a Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with overriding flexibility to work additional hours when needed. The ideal candidate will have exceptional computer skills and bookkeeping skills, be highly organized, flexible, trustworthy, exercise good judgment, and reliable.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Maintaining electronic and physical documents filing system
• Drafting and formatting documents and presentations
• Coordinating all financial aspects of the household such as paying bills and tracking personal finances
• Ensuring registrations and insurances are up to date and accurate
• Providing administrative assistance on personal business ventures
• Negotiating, supervising vendor contracts and onsite vendors, such as construction projects and repairs
• Coordinating travel arrangements for family as necessary
• Running errands and carrying out special requests as needed
• Providing pets care including walking, feeding and playing with dogs
• Additional general Executive Assistant duties upon request; constant need for overriding flexibility and exceeding expectations

• MUST have Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant experience
• Strong command of English language; outstanding writing and verbal skills
• Bachelor’s degree Preferred
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Minimum 5 years related experience working in a private home REQUIRED
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize work and self-motivate
• Computer and technology savvy with proficiency in MS Office; experience in QuickBooks a plus!
• MUST be proficient in all aspects of Excel for both MAC and PC
• Polished, poised and professional in both mindset and manor; use of utmost discretion at all times
• Flexibility in scheduling; willingness to work long hours and overtime
• Ability to operate with a high level of integrity for handling sensitive issues and maintaining complete confidentiality.
• Willingness to adapt to an ever-changing and often unstructured environment; ability to manage challenging personalities and high-stress environments
• Valid Drivers License; confident driver with zero points on license
• Must be comfortable around dogs
• Legally able to work within the United States
