Prominent Manhattan-based family seeks an experienced and fully adept Executive Personal Assistant / House Manager to oversee and manage their residence and assist the Lady of the Residence with all her personal endeavors. This is a Monday – Friday role, 5 days per week, with flexibility as needed. The individual must be a motivated self-starter and possess a “no task is too big or small” attitude.

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
• Overseeing daily schedules, health insurance, billing, applications, gifting and research projects for Mrs., children, and staff
• Personal shopping, messengering, running errands, concierge work and floral arrangements
• Managing additional household staff including scheduling and payroll
• Managing all vendor and contractor relationships for domestic and international residences including calendaring, accounts payable & project management
• Answering calls and responding to emails from vendors, residents, and co-workers on various issues
• Assisting with calendar planning, scheduling, travel coordination, and 
meeting logistics including accommodations, car rentals, flights, restaurant reservations, etc.
• Overseeing, sorting and attending to all email and mail correspondence and legal matters
• Coordinate all children’s schedules inclusive of after-school activities, play-dates, doctor’s appointments, summer camp and travel

• Strong command of English language; superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Minimum 5– 10+ years related experience working in a similar role for a private home or family
• Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; above and beyond attitude
• Flexibility in scheduling with willingness to work long hours and overtime as needed
• Experience working in high stress, fast-paced environments where the utmost discretion and confidentiality are required
• Able to work well with challenging personalities; must know how to work both independently and as part of a domestic team
• Must be comfortable working in a home with children
• Computer savvy with proficiency in both Mac and PC systems, including Office, Internet, email, and smart phones
• Adept in operating smart home technology and accompanying systems
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record REQUIRED
• Valid Passport REQUIRED; willing and available to travel with the family both domestic and abroad as needed
• Legally able to work within the United States
