Prominent Upper East Side client seeks an experienced Personal Assistant to assist a hedge fund founder & partner with the day-to-day responsibilities of seamlessly running his personal endeavors. Job requires incredible organization for ever-changing business and personal calendars and complex schedule. Position is based from the clients upper east side corporate office and requires a savvy, proactive and detail-oriented candidate to best assume the Monday – Friday, roughly 8:00am – 6:00pm role, with 24/7 on-call availability as needed.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Fielding heavy call volume and handling all correspondence on behalf of principal
• Coordinating travel itineraries both domestic and international, as well as confirming all pertaining travel details
• Liaising with the principal’s Executive Assistant team on all business endeavors, as well as liaising with the principal’s domestic staff in regards to residence-based personal matters
• Attending events and meetings as the principal’s representative and gatekeeper
• Reviewing and authorizing household bills and vendor selection, correspondence and projects
• Overseeing events including large personal celebrations, charity events publicity events, etc.
• Monitoring personal expenses; creating and overseeing monthly/annual budgets for residences and renovation projects
• Serving as all-around gatekeeper to company founder & partner
• Full execution of all special requests as well as the ability to handle multiple projects with ease

• Minimum 4 year degree from accredited college or university
• Minimum 5 – 7+ years related experience serving as a Personal Assistant for a CEO, Chairman or C-Level Executive
• Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
• Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in both Microsoft Office and Mac iOS 10, as well as iPhone and Blackberry systems
• Utmost discretion in all aspects of the job; both business and personal
• Detail oriented with exceptional organization and task management skills
• Dedication to responsibilities; proactive and driven attitude with a willingness to succeed at all costs
• Willing and able to work in a home or office with children and pets
• Valid Driver’s License; willing and able to drive as needed with a provided car
• Legally able to work in the US for any employer
