Private St. Thomas based client seeks a self-motivated, articulate, and efficient Live-Out Executive Personal Assistant (80% personal, 20% calendar management / executive assistance) to provide support to the CEO. This position will take place primarily in St. Thomas, with heavy travel abroad at 24 hours notice for any length of time. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working remotely with little supervision.

The candidate will coordinate all aspects of both personal and business matters for the CEO including scheduling with the principal’s family.

There will be heavy calendar management and travel arrangement duties from booking flights to coordinating transportation, hotels, entertainment, meetings, etc. The position is 24/7 in nature; the ideal candidate will be ready and willing to provide service at all hours. The candidate will be acting as a right-hand to the CEO, proactively reminding him of his schedule and handling all requests.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Serving as the all around gatekeeper to the CEO
• Remaining aware of the CEO’s projects, commitments 
and schedules at all times
• Managing tasks related to responding, directing and addressing daily email and phone calls
• Coordinating travel arrangements and reservations for dining and ground transportation, booking hotel accommodations, etc.
• Running personal and business errands at all hours
• Managing CEO’s assets including but not limited to estates, boats, and time shares; ensuring all assets are maintained properly
• Traveling extensively to provide on-site assistance; ensuring all related logistics are in order
• Providing seamless support between the executive office and home as needed; assisting with additional domestic staff
• Full-scale event production and management from start to finish including gifting
• Maintaining flexible working hours; answering phone calls from CEO in times of need including nights and weekends
• Additional executive and personal tasks as needed and upon request

• Strong command of English language; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Spanish and French a PLUS
• 4-year degree from an accredited College or University a PLUS
• Experience in the luxury yachting industry as a lead steward or purser a PLUS
• Excellent references required from all current and previous employers
• Minimum 5+ years related experience working as an Executive / Personal Assistant for a private family or office
• Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities; overriding maturity, professionalism, and full understanding of confidentiality and discretion
• Technology savvy with proficiency in PC and Mac systems, expertise in Outlook REQUIRED; knowledge of Android and ISO systems
• Extreme flexibility with hours and scheduling; comfortable with a 7 day flexible workweek inclusive of weekends and travel
• Excellent at self-motivating while also working exceptionally alongside others in a team environment
• Willing to work in an environment with children
• MUST clear a background check for Visa approvals
• Valid Driver’s License; must have a clean driving record, must be willing to provide transportation for children
• Valid Passport is a MUST; ready and willing to travel both domestically and abroad
• Legally able to work in the United States for any employer
